A friend of my friend, she is an Asian. She had been loss her weight from 92 to 52kgs within 1.5years, No need exercises!. Wow! Here is her secret :
In the morning, drink 2 mugs water.
grabbing 2 pieces of lemon and squeezes it then drink without water.
Prepare tomatoes, apples, mangos, bananas, carrots and separately blended and put those into each mugs.
Drink slowly one by one till finished.
Afternoon, you can eat anything but don’t eat something fried.
Night time, take fruits again. fill up your tummy with lots of fruits.
Do this step regularly everyday!
